He goes through patterns of three shots then takes a couple of seconds to reload, and at that moment you have to step out from behind the statue and fire an arrow at him, then jump back behind the statue again. Other orcs will come to help him as you do this. Once you do that a couple of times, he will drop the bow and pick up a metal sword. Once you kill them, it will be just u and the boss.
